ASPIRe works as an accelerator where Ashoka Fellows develop a systemic view of a problem and a vision for system change. They explore ways to integrate, experiment and apply a set of tactics -the ASPIRe design principles- (distilled from the work of Ashoka fellows who have platforms at the core of their theory of change and SP) and figure out how to create shared infrastructure to distribute the ability to solve. 

The participating fellows receive support from world's leading technology, strategy, design and ecosystem thinkers and doers. They help us personalize the implementation of the program to help participants in their context and move towards exponential scale of impact. They build capacity and transition the roles of individuals and institutions that can sustain this new impact. They leverage the use of data to track progress, learn and adjust.
